Moo Calendar is a basic Windows calendar with a smooth interface and a few extra features. The application requires .NET Framework 2.0, which is installed automatically if it is not found on your computer.
The calendar can be viewed in one of four formats: day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month or agenda view. The way events are displayed and programmed is pretty standard: each event has a start and an end date and time, a title, a description and a category. An event can also be set as recurring. All in all, there are no surprises or additional features here. The ability to sync your local calendar with a private or public online calendar is a useful function but it’s still pretty standard stuff. The only feature that stands out a little bit is the weather forecast displayed for the current day.
In conclusion, Moo Calendar is a very basic calendar having no more and no less than what you would expect from your typical calendar software.
